All children are sure to love playing in this super playhouse and it also looks great in the garden too. The Kitty has been a favourite for many years and it’s not hard to see why. With an enclosed area of 4′ x 4′ plus the small veranda it is an ideal first playhouse. It is tested to EN71 the European safety standard for toys. The timber is all high grade, FSC certified and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own top coat; once you’ve agreed on a colour! The Kitty is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a tongue and groove floor and OSB roof. All fixings and roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building.
