A conical shaped evergreen shrub or small tree, with dark bluish-green spiny evergreen leaves. Small white flowers in spring are followed by an abundance of red berries. Blue Maid is a female variety of blue holly. One of the hardier of the blue holly varieties and somewhat pollution resistant
